No Experience Necessary - no need to be flexible or know what a tendu is. Pilates wants you as you are. Tight muscles, poor coordination, back pain.....bring it!

What to Expect the First Time - expect to communicate and listen. Expect to move! You’ll perform exercises while your instructor cues you toward correct form, breath and alignment.
Apparatus Vs. Mat - try both! They are both effective. We recommend that if you are new, start with a Private Reformer class to learn the principles of the exercises and receive personal attention for alignment.
